Killcare Roof Installation
Perched on the cliffside at Killcare, overlooking the national park and Pacific Ocean below, our Killcare Colorbond roof installation was a distinctive, architecturally designed home. Every element was bespoke, with no two flashings or windows alike—each detail unique. The complexity extended beyond design; the home was built in a Flame Zone, the highest fire risk rating. As cladding contractors, we collaborated closely with the builder to ensure our work met stringent fire code requirements.
The end result was well worth the effort. We achieved the desired look using Colorbond Monument Matt in cassette panels of varying widths. A standout feature is the garage door, which seamlessly blends into the front façade when closed.
